Busy Busy Busy
I have not posted much on my blogs these days because I have a lot that I have done behind the scenes. For one I make sure that I work out at least 3x a day. I am trying really really hard to be as healthy as possible. I handle stress better when I exercise. My back doesn’t feel as tight and I get fewer headaches when I exercise. I also noticed that my hips are trimming down which is the best result for a female as you can get. I also have spent time on Sundays cooking at least three meals to freeze. Freezing meals really has cut down on time for me during the week. Now instead of coming home going straight to the kitchen to cook then eat and leave for the gym. I now come home warm something up if it’s not already in the crock pot, sit and rest a few mins then eat and go to the gym. I also try and get some sort of house work done before I leave for the gym so when it comes the weekend I can just relax and have fun.
As side from all of life’s chores, I have tried to write a book about my experiences behind the mic. My goal is to be able to encourage people when they face obstacles in life. The older I get I find this life to be hard. At times it’s full of pain. Finances can get stressful and adults have a lot of responsibility. I took the month of February and filled it with lots of fun activities. I work a lot and I do have fun but I work more than I have time for fun. February I went to just about everything I was invited too. Sometimes you need time to have fun. February was that time for me. It sure wore me out. But it was a blast.
I am also trying to grow my career and my radio show. I have found a place that may call me sometime to do Voice Over work. I sure hope a project comes up that I can do. I am really excited about the possibility. I also have to make time to sit and talk to God and read his word because, I am unable to create shows that impact people without his help. How do I know what someone in China or Pennsylvania is going through unless I ask God? The more I do The Amber May Show the more I learn about who God is. Even the angels in heaven are still learning things about God every second. That is why they keep singing Holy Holy is the Lord God almighty…. God has helped me through my loss and pain. I want others to feel that same help that nobody on earth can give. I need people to help me grow the show. I do not have the resources to do it on my own. I don’t have tons of time right now to network as much as I would like to. I have a full-time job and I also have responsibilities at home to take care of. I have become excellent in time management. I may be slow at attaining my goals but I think I will get there sooner or later.
I recently picked up on learning how to clip and use coupons. With the times we are living in I want to save money anywhere I can. So far I have saved a decent amount of money by clipping coupons. That is another thing that takes time. I have learned anything worthwhile takes time and work. I now see coupons as free money for me to use to buy food. Why would I throw away money? That doesn’t make sense.
Life has been busy. Life right now is good. That is just why I’ve been quiet on my blog these days. I want to blog but other things are the priority. Please pray for the growth of the show.
